How to start a return

1. Email us at Info@snuvo.shop within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team replies within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product back. Please include all units from your order.
4. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your return to your order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days before the money shows in your account.

Return shipping costs

• Damaged or defective product: we cover return shipping, or send you a free replacement.
• Changed your mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your SNUVO arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement right away at no extra cost.
